  You may cancel or change an order either online or by calling 800-809-2783. You need to have your order confirmation receipt with order number available for cancellation or making changes to your order. All order modifications must be done one business day in advance to allow for processing. Cancellation fees are charged for all canceled orders per the terms of the agreement.

  Please review container sizes for assistance in confirming the best-sized container to fit your needs. If the container you have rented has filled-up but your project/need is not completed, please call customer service with your order number at 800-809-2783 for future options. Additional fee may apply.

Also, note that there is no guaranteed delivery time, so if a container is needed first thing in the morning, delivery should be scheduled for the day prior.

  What if I need an extra haul?
   
  You can have additional hauls with your order but you will be charged the full initial quoted amount for a second time for an additional haul.

  Please note trip charges will incur a supplementary cost of $150 per visit from the initial quote. If you are not ready to have your roll-off container picked up, you may change an order either online or by calling 800-809-2783. You need to have your order confirmation receipt for making changes to your order. If a container is kept past 10 days, additional rental or service fees will apply.

  Is it necessary for someone to be there when they deliver or remove my container?
   
  It is preferred, but not necessary to have someone onsite for delivery or removal of the container. The driver will use their best judgment and place the container in the safest accessible area when delivering the container. However, if an onsite contact is not available for delivery, you will be responsible for all charges involved with relocation of the dumpster should it be necessary. For removal; customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the scheduled pick-up day; if equipment is inaccessible customer is subject to additional pick-up charges, as terms and conditions apply.
   
  How many tons can I put in my container?
   
  Certain materials such as concrete and dirt can be very heavy as compared to equal volumes of regular trash, wood, vinyl or aluminum siding, etc. Before placing any of these heavier materials in any containers, please review the terms and conditions of your agreement and contact Dumpster Direct customer service rep at 800-809-2783 for guidance on how much is allowed in the container. Do not fill the container above water level even with light material.
   
  Will I be billed for extra weight?
   
  Yes, additional charges will be levied if your tonnage goes over the included tons quoted in your order.

  What does the price include?
   
  The price includes a one-time delivery and pick-up for selected container size along with standard disposal, fuel, and taxes. All waste will be disposed of in a fully approved and licensed disposal facility.
   
  Will it damage my new driveway?
   
  The contractor highly recommends that the customer protect any surface where the roll-off is going to be placed with a 4’ x 8’ sheet of plywood. Customer affirms that any right-of-way provided by customer (disclosed in delivery questions) for the roll-off container is sufficient to bear the weight of all contractors’ equipment and vehicles required to perform the contracted service. The customer assumes all liabilities for damages to private driving surfaces, pavement or road surfaces and entire container placement site. The contractor shall not be responsible for any damages to any private driving surface, pavement or accompanying subsurface of any route associated to perform the service that was contracted.
   
  Can I put the container on the street?
   
  You may require permits. Please check with your local municipality.

  Please refer to the container dimensions listed below. It is recommended to provide space to accommodate double the amount of the width and height of the container to assure adequate height and space clearance.

Material must be level at the top of the container; nothing can be sticking out of the top. Additional requirements may apply based upon locality. Liability for appropriate waste remains with the customer as agreed to in the terms and conditions.

  How do I create a user account?
   
  Simply go to the "Create Account" link in the top right hand corner of the site. You will be directed to fill out a form that will then set up your account. Upon completion you will receive a welcome confirmation email with your custom user name and password.
   
  What if I forget my password?
   
  Click on the login button and you will see the "forgot password" link to click. This will ask for your email address and you will receive a temporary password to your email address. Upon receipt, you can then login with your temporary password. At that time you should then update your password on the account setting page.

  There are multiple benefits to creating a user account with dumpster.com. Some are that you will have instant access to previous orders, you can save your credit card on file, and you can edit details to your order; all with the click of a button.

  Can I link an existing order to a newly created user account?
   
  Unfortunately, at this time you can not link an existing order to your user account. Only orders that are made after login can be stored in your dumpster.com user account.
